Hamilton recognized an opportunity to expand their caster offerings in the space between their Heavy Service Series and Standard Duty 52 Series.

In this case,  Hamilton created the Workhorse Series to provide both heavy-duty weight capacity and construction from the Heavy Service caster and the 4x5” mounting plate and 3x3.5” bolt pattern from the Standard Duty line.

What is the Hamiton Workhorse Caster?

Backed by a 3-year warranty, Hamilton’s Workhorse caster series can handle loads up to 2,000lbs. Engineered to provide low overall height in the 2-inch wheel category -- it is available in wheel sizes from 5 ¼” to 9 ½”. The Workhorse is a perfect in-between when beefier casters are cost prohibitive,  and for applications that require a tighter top plate bolt-pattern.

To cap it off, the Workhorse series is available in 94 configurations of wheel material and wheel size -- not to mention the various brake, assembly seals, and finishes that you can add to a Hamilton Workhorse caster.
