A uniquely dichotomous product, Colson's Performa offers the best of both worlds into one comprehensive wheel. The soft rubber tread rolls quietly, leaves floors mark-free, and withstands sudden impacts. At the same time, the Performa also acts like a hard tread wheel that rolls easily, endures through time, and resists water and most chemicals. This high quality wheel provides supreme versatility for most settings, industries, and applications.
The thermoplastic elastomer tread bonds atop a ribbed polyolefin wheel core so that you get the soft yet durable qualities all in one wheel. Available wheels sizes include: 5" x 2" and 8" x 2" (round tread) and 4" x 2", 5" x 2", 6" x 2", and 8" x 2" (flat tread). Available colors include gray on gray (round tread) and gray on gray/black (flat tread). The wheel durometer measures at 65 (±5) on the Shore A scale, and the caster comes complete in a Colson 4 Series rig. We also offer both rigid and swivel top plates.
