I HAD TO REPLACE 5 CASTERS ON MY OFFICE CHAIR. THE ORIGINAL CASTERS CAME WITH NYLON WHEELS. SINCE THE CHAIR IS ON A WOOD FLOOR I DECIDED TO REPLACE THEM WITH URETHANE (NON-MARKING WHEELS. AFTER SURFING THE WEB I FOUND GREAT LAKES CASTER, SPOKE TO THE SALES REP WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFULL IN GETTING THE PROPER MODEL. I ORDERED THE CASTERS AND RECEIVED THEM VERY FAST. INSTALLATION WAS A BREEZE AND THE CASTERS ARE SOFTER AND SMOOTHER THAN THE NYLON WHEELS. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE FROM GREAT LAKES CASTER.
