I bought these wheels to replace threaded leveler pads. All went very well until the last wheel. The hex head had several burrs and the wrench wouldn't fit on to it to tighten it. had to remove it and file the burrs off. Otherwise they work great.

Great Experience, had to go to the hardware store to find out the size and pitch of the threads on my existing wheels. but once I had that It was easy to find on the website and cheaper than any store I could find. Wheels showed up quick, got many tracking emails along the way, very happy I used Great Lakes caster co.

Excellent purchasing experience. Easy to navigate website for finding my exact replacement caster, which was no where found at other online merchants, either threaded end too long or not the right diameter caster. Utilizing paypal made the order quick, and receipt of the product was super fast.
