Colson’s Trans-forma caster wheels are a cost-effective option quite similar to the brand’s Performa wheels and other wheels featuring thermoplastic rubber or thermoplastic elastomer tread. These wheels are easily recognizable by their “waffle” polyolefin core to which a non-marking thermoplastic elastomer tread has been chemically attached. Similar to the Performa, the Trans-forma wheel is steam, water and chemical resistant. These wheels also look less worn than similar products over time.
