Excellent product. Excellent company. Fast service. The product exceeded what I expected. The arrival of the items was at least 5 to 7 days sooner than I expected. The quality of the product is greater than I thought it would be. The price was was incredibly low. I highly recommend this company and it's product.

I had a broken wheel on the chair for my computer desk and could not find a replacement from the chair mfgr. I was able to replace it using this caster. The wheels are bigger but for reasonable cost, I replaced all 5 wheels and now the chair rols much better and is more stable.

Bought two of these at first, one to replace a broken caster on my office chair, and one as a backup in case another one breaks in the future. But when they got here they were larger in diameter than the ones on my chair (even though I could have SWORN I had measured correctly and ordered the right size). So I ordered three more and just changed out the rest of the old casters on my chair. The new ones look good and are incredibly smooth. Just wish I'd ordered all five on the first order and saved myself the extra shipping... But happy with the product and service and the price was fantastic.

The casters fit well and look great on our kitchen chairs. It is very difficult to find replacements with threads that fit these chairs that were made in China. You had the correct product. Our order was received in a timely manner. Thank you.

The casters worked perfect...had an office chair with 10MM threaded casters...could not find anywhere locally. Your caster was a little taller than the original caster on the chair, but since I replaced all 5 casters it wasn't any issue. They are working great and appear to be a good quality caster for an office chair.

The nylon casters have a threaded shaft that was an exact fit with the exception of the wheel diameter being larger. No problem as I ordered a full set. Thanks for the fast processing.
