I used these to fix a Ridgid WD16600 vacuum. Although they did not push all the way in, in my case, it was fine to get the unit to roll again.

Would have rated these a 5 but for the fact we installed 16 of them on our diningroom chairs about a year ago and one broke. Still, that is not too hateful. Anyone can get a defective product once in a while. Time will tell a more complete story. Too good a price to complain too loudly. Excellent service from Great Lakes Caster!! Would recommend them to a friend.

I bought 16 of these casters to replace the ones on my dining room chairs. The old ones were hard plastic and were starting to leave marks on our laminate flooring.
Found this site and was easily able to find the casters I needed. Price was great, ordering was easy, shipping was very fast, and the new casters are great. Quiet, smooth, and non-marring.
