It only took 5 minutes to replace the original broken castors on my kitchen table chair.

Delivery was quick and ordering was easy using their on-line guide.

I will definitely use CastorDepot if I need another castor.

The caster came within 10 days after the order. The only thing I would like to see is a way of tracing a shipment or an e mail the date it is shipped.

The casters we received were what we needed and fit our chairs fine. We would have liked an almond or off-white color for the wheels and cover. The shipment came quickly and the price was great. The only problem we had was that 4 of the 16 casters had cracked plastic underneath, which was what caused our old ones to shatter. We hope we will be receiving replacements for them since they will probably break quickly. Since they are not costly we would advise people to order extra since the shipping ups is expensive. We didn\'t think new ones would be defective.

These casters look great and were delivered quickly. Have not really had a chance to test for strength but they work perfectly thanks to an excellent website for measuring and insuring you have the correct size! Price was great although I always hate paying more for S&H than the item itself.
