I ordered the above casters only to find I had not measured the original correctly. After consulting with Great Lakes they sent me a new set at no charge, except for shipping. Customer service is still alive and well here.

I had searched with no avail for casters for my chair. When I found your company on the web I was thrilled. Much to my regret the caster although perfectly good does not fit. They are just a slight too small. I used a piece of bubble wrap to hold the caster in place. It is the best I can do outside of replacing four chairs. Thanks for your concern.

Seems to be a very good product. I ordered these casters to replace one that was broken on a heavy duty carpet cleaner. They are a little heavier than what was originally on the item, but I\'m sure it will roll around a lot easier.

When one of the twin wheels broke on the caster for a desk chair I've had for perhaps 20 years, I found the Great Lakes Website and ordered a set of five casters, just in case they might not be identical to the old ones. Well, they were exactly as I expected, but unfortunately I had mismeasured the stem diameter of the old casters, so they wouldn't fit. I e-mailed Great Lakes for advice, because I couldn't find any supplier for my non-standard stem size. They told me how I could remove a wheel from a new caster and pop it onto the old one. I did, and it works fine. Thanks for taking the time to provide personal assistance.
