After a crappy set from Amazon, I went searching for a better solution and, with a little help from the online chat, got steered to these which were perfect for my needs. I only needed four so I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality and quality of service.

We just moved to a new office, once there I noticed a broken caster on my favorite chair (the only one I use). I checked out several online stores here in TX, as I try to buy locally. All had the same excuses for not selling me an item; the order was too small, not for Great Lakes Caster. I got great customer service, great price with no excuses, thank you.

Although this product is rated for 50# we found that it performed well at around 100#. Smooth and quiet, we used it in a play were some performers had to get onstage quietly.
