I just got done installing these casters on a sofabed. The application required a precise size with an appropriate weight rating and I have to say, what a pleasure it is, to open a box and find that the ordered product is precisely what was ordered and expected. By the way...they arrived this afternoon....exactly when you said they would. And when I emailed a question to a Customer Service Rep a week ago...I received a helpful, same-day reply! Needless to say....I highly recommend this product and Great Lakes Caster.
