My Aeron chair was just an inch or two too low for comfort at my desk. These casters were very easy to install -- literally 5 minutes' work -- and raised the chair perfectly. They're much smoother and quieter than the original casters and work well on my wood floor. Super service from Caster Depot, too.

I have several Herman Miller Aeron chairs and with the regular stock casters the center post of the chair will barely clear a carpet/floor mat. I replaced them with these 4" casters. Now there is lots of clearance and these casters swivel well.
