"Extremely long lead time" by nate

I ordered casters for a company project and was told they would have a 7-10 day lead time. That was sufficient for our project, but then there was an unexplained extension to the lead time that ended with the casters being delivered a month after I ordered, about two weeks after I needed them. The only update I was given about this delay was after I reached out to Caster Depot myself. The casters are decent enough, but the extremely long lead time and poor communication was very disappointing.
