Gentlemen: I am very pleased with your product and the quality of same. I ordered this product online and was extremely satisfied with the cooperation and assistance I received from Travis Popma of your firm in making sure the casters I ordered were equipped with the proper grip neck stem to fit my chairs. I had one chair with a broken caster, which needed to be replaced, and now that I see how well your casters fit and perform on that chair, I am seriously considering replacing the casters with your product on the rest of the set of chairs because of the smooth performance of the wheels.
