The phone service personel helped me choose the right size and suggested getting more than one, since if one broke on my older kitchen set, others might too.
Shipping was very good and the caster fit!
Perfect! If you are an individual like me, who has never ordered such a part, be sure to ask for help on the phone.

Positives;
The web site is easy to use, products are well displayed and well described. The caster wheels were shipped and arrived very timely.
Negatives;
I really wanted the same casters WITHOUT the brake, but none seemed to be available on the web site.
Also the parcel was misaddressed, the street
number on the label was 46964 instead of the proper 49694. Fortunately the UPS driver is familiar with us so the parcel was delivered on time.
