I had problems with cheap 2" plastic casters that came with the esthetic chairs, steamers, magnifying stand, etc I purchased for my skincare clinic and discovered Great Lakes Casters web site. I was easily able to match the diameter, thread and stem length and choose a larger 3" wheel diameter made of soft rubber without increasing the overall height. When they arrived I was impress how well they were made. After replacing my OE casters with these Shepherd caster it made all the difference in the world on ease of rolling to my ceramic tile floor. The roll and swivel wonderfully instead of sliding. Excellent, well made casters and bears. I sent the info to my esthetic supplier and recommend they contact the manufacturer of the esthetic equipment and start using these casters or the very least, give the customer a choice to upgrade to a truly deluxe set of casters. Customer service was excellent and answering my questions and shippment was fast.
