Just had new hardwood floors installed in the office. They are sand-in-place and only cured for 1 month, so the finish is not as hard as the pre-finished hardwoods. Searching the internet, it appears neoprene rubber is the best material to use. Put them on 2 office chairs and after 2 weeks, not a scratch or mar. Great product.

Used them to replace casters on an office chair. I like the look much better than twin wheels and these are very nice for hardwood floors. Great quality, don't hesitate to buy!

These wheels are great. We purchased new office chairs and the wheels really did a number on our hardwood floor. With everyone putting hardwood floors in you would think the office chair companies would offer this type of wheel. Would recommend them for hardwood floors. No more scratches.

This single wheel caster was the only one available with the stem size I needed. It replaced a dual wheel but works much better and is more heavy duty. Good working caster.

I just got them today , and I put them on. The difference is like night and day. I had plastic double rollers before. They didn't work well and now the chairs roll with great ease and best of all they don't scratch the wood floor.

These casters are excellent for hard and soft wood floors. My floor is a 100 year old cedar and they haven't left a single mark.

Product arrived in very timely manner.

We had new finish-in-place hardwood floors installed and I wanted non-scratch casters for our office chairs. It has now been 2 years, and not one scratch is under either of the chairs. The neoprene rubber is outstanding. I definitely recommend these casters.
